Newbie Posts: 1 Joined: March 14, 2021	I used to be able to use my old Windows 10 laptop with the USB interface on my KN-8828B-2K+. Now with both my newer Windows 10 laptop and my Windows 10 desktop. After installing the FTDI VCP drivers, my KN-8828B-2K+ doesn't properly recognize the USB interface on the KN-8828B-2K+. In device manager it says "Unknown USB Device(Device Descriptor Request Failed)"

Administrator Posts: 2598 Joined: September 30, 2016	For windows 10 there are other drivers, called CDM, not VCP. VCP must be UN-installed, if present.
