Thanks for the addition to the group. Seriously considering building a drum roaster along the lines of oldgrumpus's. Love the design and craftsmanship.

What is the best Chocolate to add to coffee?
DukeofEarle
I hope someone can steer me in the right direction. I like Costa Rican coffee, the Cafe 1820 Grano Entero Costa Rica Gourmet Whole Bean Coffee is one of my favorites. However, I like a hint of chocolate which seems to be missing. I want to add a little chocolate to my blend; keeping in mind that I am a type 2 diabetic so I want as little sugar content as possible. The coffee in Nestleís hot chocolate K cup is pretty good but I donít want to buy a bunch of K cup only to empty the contents out in my coffee blend and throw away the K cup unit because it is too expensive and wasteful. The contents in a container of Nestleís hot chocolate seems to be much more of a powder as compared to the contents of their K cup unit which appears to be much more of a granular form. I called Nestleís Chocolate USA and they could not help me. Does anyone add Chocolate to their coffee blend and can suggest a chocolate form which I can add to my coffee blends?

If you can get this in your location

1) Cote d'Ivoire Red African Cocoa blend is 100% cocoa, no sugar
We have this during winter

2) Double Dutch Pure Cocoa Extra Dark
