Where do you normally go to get the cylindrical glass for the roasting chamber?
I've looked all over and couldn't find a good fit . Sight glasses seem expensive and normal glass wear isn't rated for such high heat.

Also, is it easy to get 350g roasters to run off of a normal 120V 18A outlet? The wattage of the heating element seems to leave little room for the air pump, etc.
I bought a 4 inch diameter by 12 inch long Roasting Chamber here:

You may find it cheaper and or with better shipping than the current price.

Thanks for the link, sight glasses look great but are expensive. I'm hoping to find a cylinder of glass by itself which is heat resistant - hoping that will lower the price.
French press 1l spare glass.
9 cm diameter, but not enough volume for 350g.
Pyrex Bake-a-Round ThumbsUp Accessible and affordable!

I've been using them for years and they work great for FB roasters. I currently roast 800g in mine (240v 30a @ 55-65% power source however)

Here's another choice:

I used standard glass on my large air roaster. I cut the base off a heavy glass cylindrical flower vase. All good so far during it's 40ish roasts to date.
Thanks, this is all really helpful. It's good to know that there are several legitimate & low-cost options out there.
I just bought a bake-a-round ThumbsUp
I ordered a 4” tri clamp sight glass from AliExpress but the glass broke and I’m looking to replace it. Does this seem like it would suffice as a replacement? https://m.aliexpr...f7f905367a

The option I am looking at is 120mm for OD but the original item is 119mm for the OD so I’m not sure if 120mm is an estimate and Would fit 4” tri clamps or if I should get 115mm OD. Does leaving a little room with the 115mm on the sides of the clamps make any difference?

And that's why I gave up the glass cylinder approach and since my modified oven was already doing 600 gram batches, I decided to up the game to an Artisan 3E wannabe in terms of power and batch size but driven by a regenerative blower. Results were fantastic and so I upgraded certain parts and now I'm doing 3kg batches.
