Has anyone on the forum used this roaster ? I have been using the SR800 with the Razo 12inch tube for a few years. I think the sweet spot is 200 grams on the SR800. This one will do 300 grams. Here it is below I just ordered it on Amazon with a Black Friday Special for $390 https://www.roast...s/roma-pro Edited by renatoa on 11/24/2024 2:35 AM |

Externally looks great, the devil is in build details... and reliability. Valid for any chinese machine. |

There are several reviews on youtube from people who have been roasting for years that are recommending the roaster. I was just looking for a fluid bed with more capacity than 200 grams. I can do more on my SR800 but the sweet spot is 200 grams. The same with my Behmor that claims it can roast a pound but the sweet spot is 8-10 ounces on that machine. I will give an update after I get a couple dozen roasts under my belt. |

Does it really exists for years on the market ? Didn't found any reference about this machine older than this year... 9 months the oldest. Please, can you post an example ? Actually, I found this is a crowdfunding project that finished this summer: https://www.indie...-roaster#/ ... and inside it is a Cafemasy design, which is a brand/company that I try to avoid completely... https://www.faceb...6457338693 https://vi.aliexp...36045.html ... just imagine they did a SR clone whose power button does nothing ! no power change, max power for all positions... beans are charcoaled in 3 minutes, because it was overpowered, 2150W, compared to 1500W the SR they cloned. Yeah, lots of indie buyers comments mirroring your experience... And... because "crowdfunding is not shopping..." they aren't as lucky as you, no rights to return/refund... |
