Newbie Posts: 17 Joined: January 02, 2025	I did 3 quick tests, 65 - 70 & 75 gram. Went very well, had control of the temperature very well. Outcome was all the same. Looks as the roast is not even but it's the reflection of the light above. Never delay what you can do today....
