TO-v2 Simplicity at best.
Billy Bean
A little preview of what’s coming.

I did not want to abandon my low RPM motor (24 rpm) as it was the most expensive thing of all, so I had to come up with a better agitator. I am pretty happy with this one, maybe a little hood on top of the crossing.

There is 1 lb. of greens in it. (probably the max.)

The little “wiggle” that you see is a bean hitting the head of a small bolt at the bottom of the roast pan, but the roast pan is mounted on a silicone ring, so it works a bit like a spring. In school they thought me (55 moons ago lol) that, if something can move, it won’t break….

I hope to show you my new TO - V2 in a few days.

That is more acceptable

Quick Note - Test to make sure it mixes well when the beans expand to double volume during roast.

Test came out very nice. It is a large pan 25 cm (10”) so ½ lb. is the minimum and 1 lb., as in the video, is about the maximum with this agitator.

As promised, the final TO-v2 version with some details.
You might have to stop sometimes to read the explanation as I kept the fragments short.
