Great coffee alert. Just picked up and roasted Colombia Huila La Suiza from Happymug. Took to 20F past start of first crack in a typical drum roast and would be considered a light roast. Complex flavor notes with chocolate and nice pleasant wine like acidity. One of the best I've cupped over the last 12 months. Price is less than $7/lb.
1/2 lb and 1 lb drum, Siemens Sirocco fluidbed, presspot, chemex, cajun biggin brewer from the backwoods of Louisiana
