Alright since we have this poll and, since I have never reroasted anything yet, do tell what are the results. s:2 s:7 or s:5 |

During the trial and error phase of construction, 1.5 pounds of Brazilian was taken to about 350F to 375F on 3 different occasions spread out over a week. It never hit 1C. Once the details were fine tuned better, I finished the roast and took it fairly dark - 450F. I hesitated to drink it, but the penny-pincher inside was really irritating, so we drank it. I didn't taste it alongside a good roast, but it was OK - a little "flat" or "thin" perhaps "baked" tasting. I haven't reroasted any other time unless you include a failed heatgun mid-1C, which I finished in a dutch oven on the stovetop. That wasn't really reroasted, just interrupted.
