This one is from mill run by Epiphanie Mukashyaka grown at 5850', all small holders. Epiphanie had lost her husband in Rwanda's genocide several years before.

300 for 5:00
482 til 16:00, then down to 462. Had tiny puff of some smoke at 16:50 and hit cool
Off at 18:15

SHB bean, knew I had to take it deep. Hope I was on verge of second crack. Smoke was a good sign but it was only a small puff and beans were not overly dark.
Used a different profile back in summer and roast wasn't overly exciting at that time.
Beautiful aroma this time, maybe in 5 days? Yumm.
