I've also got a 5-stage profile that someone developed in analogy with a Hottop drum roaster, I am thinking to program this profile as well:

* 160C (320F) ? 5 minutes
* 190C (374F) ? 4 minutes
* 196C (385F) ? 2 minutes
* 204C (400F) ? 1 minute
* 210C (410F) ? 3 minutes
