I may still be confused (a normal state for me) but why do you need the contactor to break power to the heaters when you have the solid state relays (SSR)? You can dial down the controller to 0% which would turn the SSR's off. If you want to interrupt power to the heaters without changing the control setting you could use a simple toggle switch in series with the wire going to terminal A1 on the SSR.
