The Tanz has rested and today it is unbelievable. I will have to say that I did not think I would taste this big of a difference between roasters but I do, either that or this roast is a fluke. It was a little short (time wise) so I was not expecting much. If this is the worst roast I can't wait to get this puppy dialed in to start getting GOOD roasts
