Based on replies, I came up with what's pictured below.

Parts:
1) 1-.25 in. Poly Insert Male Adapter http://www.lowes....2&Ntt= (got it at Lowes for $0.65

2) Reflector lamp http://www.amazon...&psc=1

3) Mannysen Stainless Steel Flour Sifter Sieve with Fine Wire Mesh 21cm/8.27" DIA http://www.amazon...&psc=1

Conveniently, You can remove the electrical stuff from the lamp but leave the collar that connects to the reflector, the coupler then screws right into this and to other (up) end of the coupler just happens to be exactly the right size to receive a standard household vacuum hose.

If the coupler was an elbow joint, this would work even more nicely.

This works great, removing almost all the chaff in 10 seconds while not sucking any of the coffee beans up.

I wish I'd done this years ago. There's much less chaff flying around now!
