I'm thinking of getting the freshroast sr700, unless someone can recommend a better one in that price range. I'm a newbie, so please forgive my ignorance. I'm basically just wondering what the purpose of the different temps and fan speeds are all about? Is there an instruction manual online, or could someone give me a general guideline on roasting from start to finish with this?
