This looks great, how would one typically save this data?

Screenshots came to mind as the easiest method.

Did you make this?

If you did and are looking for suggestions: Having a roast level and or drop temp would be a great thing to add.

Here is one I'm working on. It's specifically for the Fresh Roast SR800 It shows the ROR and you can download the data

Also have been working on setting up an online roasting app for both control and data logging. Hoping to share it at some point, right now it's very TC4+ / my setup specific but if enough people are interested I can work on getting it ready smile
