Though y'all would smile at this one. I found out very quickly, that control matters. I guess technically, it's a drum roaster. The hand-crank is a vise-grip plier.

I really like the repurposing of your porch railing for coffee roasting. Now I'm going to assume that board with bearings attached was only temporarily part of your porch during roasting sessions as it would definitely not meet wife approval for long term installations! 1/2 lb and 1 lb drum, Siemens Sirocco fluidbed, presspot, chemex, cajun biggin brewer from the backwoods of Louisiana
