KK, I unfortunately am in the light roast only camp which does limit what greens will work for me. Good to hear you found some good African greens that work for you and friends!

@ Allanb - I purchased a bulk amount of Africans 2 years ago and are well stored Also try longer roast times

I really enjoyed my first roast of these beans today. I look forward to tasting them in a few days. Wonderfully easy to roast, high quality beans. If they taste as good as they look, I will be looking to buy more if there's any left. Edited by bvwelch on 12/04/2009 5:54 PM |

received mine shortly after you shipped it, but sad to say that I just haven't been home to enjoy it. it is sitting quitely under the counter in the kitchen awaiting my arrival back home so I can roast some of it. but I just remembered I have to leave the day after Christmas for the Big Island in the Big Blue Pacific for a few days 
I pour Iron and roast Coffee Beans
