Dryer elements used in hot air roaster

Here's what I've been using for close to a year now. These photos are of the initial build from last year. The current one just came back from the workshop last week where they had their distribution plate changed to one with two holes below each section of coil so it's in a 2 x 4 configuration and with the electrical wires running down the middle of the plate.

I was so excited and had some work to do after which I sealed it up with silicone tape immediately so there are no photos of the improved design.

Theoretically, it should be around 9000 watts but in real life, I'm getting around 33 - 34A at 240 ish volts so that's a low to mid 8000 watt heater array. My roaster's max raw bean capability is 3kg.

Were you referring to my clothes dryer heating array?
