Very roughly:

dump to 300 5 minutes
300 to 390 5 minutes
390 to 400 1 minute boost the heat
400 to 410 1 minute- level off and control that heat!!!
410 to 425 4 S_T_R_E_T_C_H minutes if you can do it!

Yes, I know this is no kind of useful format for anyone... I don't have my numbers with me.

Thanks for the profile information. I'll experiment with it some more. I've been testing much faster to 300 times. I'm not sure I can get this much precision around the 390 - 410 range. I'm popper roasting with separate fan and heat controls. I'll give it a try tonight.

When is does the flavor peak - how much rest after roasting?

Next morning is great. Then 2 mornings later.

The reason I highlighted the time before and during first crack... This is a fairly slow pace, and the beans will need some more energy going into first crack.
