Nesco is made in T'Rivers, WI and Berres Bros are out of Watertown, WI. Roaster - Patented catalytic converter smoke elimination system by Nesco, the donor for the item, http://nesco.com. Beans are kept moving by an auger screw system in the roasting chamber. Leaves chaff in a collector located at the top of the glass chamber, roasts 4-5 oz at a time.
