Mine made it to CA yesterday. Thank you Chad. So last night I roasted 13 oz. in the Behmore. 1lb/P3---- to 14:00/Start/max time. FC was at 7:00 left ended roast with 3:40 left 2nd started just as I hit cool. Nice even roast smells wonderful. I am now sipping fresh from the Aeropress :smileycoffee: hmmmmm yep ITS A KEEPER ! Love coffees that taste great right out of the roaster. Ray |
