My goal was City+. The temperature might seem a bit high, but at a 1# charge of beans, my thermometer reads about 6 or 8 degrees high... see first crack came at 408F? Usually spot on at 400F.

Grounds - baker's cocoa, citrus zest, cracked pepper

Hot Cup - toffee, noughat (like a 3 Musketeers bar), spice, occasional citrus in the background, medium body, nice finish vanilla and spice... kind of like those scented candles.

Cool cup - more vanilla, sweet, spice is a bit stronger

It reminds me of Indonesia spice, Kenya citrus, Central sweetness.
