Roast comparison

Administrator Posts: 2221 Joined: January 09, 2008	This forum will be for members who wish to swap and compare roasts with each other. The goal is to increase our roasting skills and perhaps vocabulary. Each month we will pick a new single origin bean to roast and members who sign up that month to participate will be paired with another member to swap with. Participating members will purchase that month's beans, roast it and swap with their partner. New member pairs will be set up each month in order to keep the variety alive. After swapping and tasting, members are encouraged to praise, critique, and evaluate their partner's roast. All due respect a courtesy will be encouraged. Some members may wish to have their evaluations sent by private message, rather than publicly posted, and that's fine. Respect the bean.
