Hi, just FYI.

My pm options have email notification set to "no". I receive emails indicating I have a pm, albeit a bit late.

If it helps, I use latest Opera on winxp, FF on loonix, and latest opera on iphone 3gs to view the website.

Hi,

not really, this is not a browser issue.

go back into your PM settings and MAKE SURE YOU click the SAVE changes at the bottom of the box.

the default is YES so if you change it you must save the changes.

I received the test PM in my pm box here, but have not received an email indicating I have a PM, which is the way it should work, so it appears to be fixed!

No problem, tons-o-members forget to click the save after selecting no on the PM setting page.

glad we could help and delighted I had not done something while in the middle of these small updates.
