Yep, this week I'm trying to decide if there is any difference between beans
roasted at 550?F for 11 minutes vs. 500? for 12 minutes...I already know that 425?F just doesn't work for me. With a convection-heated roaster the beans must be moving very slowly to roast well at low temperatures.
No oil on my beans...
