Hi everyone, I am embarking on a new project, I own an 2005 holden rodeo(Australia) single cab ute which I plan on building a canopy for and fitting out with a coffee machine.
I will put some pics up tomorrow, the ute is a bit rough at the moment but I plan to strip it down and repaint it silver and the canopy too.
As I go through this project I will put pictures up of the fabrication side and installation.
I am also looking for some advice on equipment, the kind of machine I am looking at would be something like a cimbali m27, 4500 watt, anybody recommend a suitable size of generator to run this machine , a grinder , and a small bar fridge.
I plan on fitting a waste water tank, and a freshwater tank underneath the canopy running a 12v on demand auto pump.

Just make sure before any build begins that you have a 10/10 grasp of local regulations for a mobile food business
