FZ-94 100g--2.4kg roaster

Since a few months I also have the Coffee-Tech FZ-94 roaster. It has been updated to match the latest version of Artisan so more is possible with this one than before.

Thanks. I'm currently roasting batches of 1.25kg by the wide open window with that 100W fan pushing/spreading the exhaust away. There are a few 'smoky' minutes but even then the smoke is barely visible because the fan cuts it up and pushes it out mixed with other airflow.

My FZ-94 should arrive soon. Really looking forward to learning how to run the machine. I have always had electrics - from a 150 gram machne to a 1KG machine.
