Hi Coffee Fans!

Very sad to discover the forum founder, Ginny, has recently passed away :-(

RIP, Dear...

Ginny sounds like a great person to have known.

Started roasting beans 10 years ago, and routinely roasting for 5 years using a Behmor. Love roasting coffee beans!

Looking forward to ordering a Huky 500 this spring and taking roasting to the next level to feed the Technivorm and new espresso machine.

I am retired and have plenty of time now to really enjoy all roasting has to offer.

Equipment:

Andreja Premium Evo espresso machine
Nuova Simonelli G60 grinder (for the espresso machine)
Technivorm drip coffee maker
Rocky doserless grinder (for the Technivorm)
Behmor Plus roaster

Thanks for your kind words. We all miss Ginny badly here.

Some of us build roasters but you will also find some nice discussions about all aspects of coffee roasting, preparing and enjoying.

You have a Behmor which is something I have been looking at getting. It is getting too cold out in the garage.
