How to follow responses to my threads

I am new to the forum as you can see. I started a number of threads and did not check the "Notify me when a reply is posted" block. How do I do that after the fact?

EDIT: I see now that thread tracking can be selected when posting a response.

EDIT: Ok, now I have it. Simply select "Track this thread" in the upper right hand corner.woohoo
