Firmware update bricked bullet?

Hi everybody. I have a new bullet roaster. I was instructed to download and apply the beta firmware and did so. Once the update process was complete the software told me to unplug the usb cable and power from the bullet. When that was done I plugged the bullet back in but all that happened was the cooling fan came on. The screen is black and I cannot connect via usb.

Has the firmware bricked my bullet? Can I reset to factory firmware somehow?

I'm so bummed out. I don't want to send it back.

In case anybody ever wants to know what happened:

Aillio got back to me right away with very clean instructions on how to reset the firmware. Worked like a charm.

I love this device so much and now I love Aillio too.
