Thanks, Marco Plug it in and hit run. Will it drive the paddle for a least 15 minutes straight without a pause? If you don't want to rewire it, I just made sure that mine run what I expect to be a full length roast profile without a pause. It would be a real pita, if that paddle stropped the agitation during a critical part of the roast.
