Hi everyone, I and my husband are planning to open a coffee shop in Portland. I'd like to know if there are any shop owners to discuss layout. I guess, we can miss something, like only this morning I thought that there should be a powerful ventilation system or some kinds of air purifiers in different corners, not to let all these odors mix together

Upd. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. We're about to purchase a couple of air purifiers and fans from here, for 600 sq ft. room

Don't forget the UPS, if you can't afford losing a charge due to a power brownout/spike. Grin
