Kaldi Fortis and Artisan

I have the Kaldi Fortis and the Center 301 Thermometer. I am trying to find the cable that goes from the 301 to my laptop (PC). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what the 301 thermometer is, replied on the other forum, sounds like you need a k type thermocouple + phiget or mastech ms6514. There are videos and discussions of thermocouples -> pc for the kaldi.
Roast: Kaldi wide, SR800 + projects
Grind: Lab sweet, Bentwood, giota w/ MP burrs, Commandante
Pull: Decent, La Pavoni, Elektra Microcasa a Leva, Faemina anno 60, Kim Express

Center 301 interface is a RS232 serial.
The cable should be fitted with a D-sub 9 pins at the PC side:

No idea what the plug is at thermometer side, but, if you post a picture I can guess.
