I have been trying Scott Rao Hario V60 pourover this week. 1:17 and blooming with 2 parts water the first 45 seconds then splitting the rest into 2 pours. A little stirring is included. We like it.

My brew ratio is 1:17 (exactly 59.5 g/L). That's roughly 8.5g per 5-oz cup.

I'm looking to hire someone to teach/help me to find the best roast profile for the 3 types of coffee that grow on my farm in nicaragua. I live in LA, but but could go anywhere in so cal with my Behmor for a roasting lesson. Please contact me if you're in

When your wife thinks 30 grams for a 6 cup setting is strong, you learn to drink muddy water when you are making coffee for both of you.

I use a rule of thumb of 60 grams per liter. 8 cups (1 liter, 32 oz) = 60 grams, 6 cups (3/4 liter, 24 oz) = 45 grams. 10 cups = 75 grams 12 cups = 90 grams

Can't Find Roastlogger Software
AlexL
Hello -

I'm using an old Hottop KN8828 with an interface I installed 4 years ago built by Jim Gallt. Firmware on the interface was programmed to work with Roastlogger. I've used it successfully for several years up until I had an issue with the computer and needed to download Roastlogger again. I can't seem to find it anywhere on the internet and so far I think that my interface may not be able to communicate with Artisan as is.

Does anyone know if there's a place to download the original Roastlogger software?

Thanks so much!

Alex

The Roastlogger site is no longer up.
I was able to use the wayback machine to view and download the TC4 sketches. They are located in our download section. https://forum.hom...load_id=34

Also check here for a wayback machine archive of the site: https://web.archi...nload.html

This is the last archive of the board dated May 2019. The download links seem to work.

There has also been much work/modifications on the drivers here by member Greencardigan. Not sure if it includes the HT

Awesome - this is great. Download was successful. Currently having some sort of Java related issues with the install. I'll keep working on it.

Thank you!
