Coaxing berry flavors from Ethiopian beans?
CaffeinatorDave
Hi everyone!

First time posting here. I love berry forward roasts of Ethiopian coffees and I?ve been trying to achieve this with the Behmor for the past 4 years without much success. Anyone out there that knows how to do it?

Thanks!

Have you ever tried coffee cupping
All flavour descriptions of coffee are noted by using coffee cupping

This is an industry standard and I suggest that you find a local roaster that has cupping classes to attend

Hi KK, thanks for the response. Yes I have tried cupping. But that wasn?t what I was asking about. Has anyone here used the Behmor to roast an Ethiopian coffee that resulted in a berry forward flavor profile? How did you achieve that roast with the Behmor? I know individual coffees will roast differently, but I?m looking for a good starting point. Thanks!
