Coaxing berry flavors from Ethiopian beans?

Newbie Posts: 2 Joined: December 05, 2019	Hi everyone! First time posting here. I love berry forward roasts of Ethiopian coffees and I?ve been trying to achieve this with the Behmor for the past 4 years without much success. Anyone out there that knows how to do it? Thanks!

Has anyone here used the Behmor to roast an Ethiopian coffee that resulted in a berry forward flavor profile? How did you achieve that roast with the Behmor? I know individual coffees will roast differently, but I?m looking for a good starting point. Thanks!
