It's soup

After years of roasting on my, "back from the dead", machines I finally had a new roaster built to my specs.

On the palette today and should be here in a few weeks.

I am stoked.

coolwoohoo

I'm jealous and stoked for you turtle -- that's a sexy looking roaster...

What's the capacity?

(and if you don't mind me asking who manufactured it for you and what did it cost?)

2 kilo

It was made in a roaster factory in China. I told them what I wanted and they built it.

Double wall 1/2 lb to 5 lb roasts
Dedicated pilot and burner feeds (quick response)
Japanese motors
Aircraft probes
1 button emergency shut down
Cooling tray spill grate
Infinitely variable mechanical and electric air controls

Oh, and a custom logo on the machone6

Cost in, just under $6k

Hey Mick, I'm super jealous! This is one gorgeous roaster and you'll most likely be pacing back and forth waiting for the ship to land.

I guess you know we will need a series of shots of the arrival and unpackaging stages when the new family member arrives.
1/2 lb and 1 lb drum, Siemens Sirocco fluidbed, presspot, chemex, cajun biggin brewer from the backwoods of Louisiana
