Newbie Posts: 38 Joined: October 25, 2021	Hi everyone, I just started roasting coffee - first a pan, then a sifter over the stove, and most recently a Larry-Cotton-inspired wobble disk / heat gun roaster. I like making things, I like coffee, and I enjoy electronics, so a more complex DIY roaster seems to be in my future. Looking forward to learning a lot from the community and sharing a few of my projects as they emerge. Tim
