The distance between the heating element and the inlet mesh?
walk
I need to design a heating element holder for fb roaster. Plan is to fit a temperature sensor between the heater and the inlet mesh, which takes about 20 mm. Should this distance be increased for any reason?

Heating element is the typical heat gun one.

I have a difficult challenge to fit between the stove and the hood, every millimeter is counted.
