Paddle gets stuck, rips off half the bread
I have a problem a lot of people have the "paddle stuck". At least one is sticking to the stem and both of them rip out a lot of dough. I tried adding less, more water, yeast, oil, sugar, leaving the oil out, adding less sugar, everything. The weather is a bit cooler so I don't mind using only the kneading and leavening program and baking it in the oven, but you blink twice and summer is here again. And sometimes the bread machine is soooo convenient.

We use modified bread machines to roast coffee, not for dough.
