Hi everyone,
I travel a lot between the USA and Saudi Arabia. Started roasting a good 10 years + ago on a Stovetop popper i bought from sweet marias. Now I own a roasting shop in Saudi Arabia with a 10kg roaster. I love improving and modify many of the equipment I own to achieve a better fit for what i am looking for in a machine, whether it being an espresso machine or a roasting machine. Sometimes challenging as I am handy but not a mechanical/electrical or computer programming expert. Non the less the challenge is always fun.

Welcome to HRO! Sounds like a great success story. Let us know what kind of roaster you're using and a little about your operation. Also, what's currently in demand now in your area?
