Not only has it been cool to use, but it's amazing how much insight the roast number can give you. The readout is designed to be in Agtron numbers. Learning how drop temperature relates to the end color and how that directly relates to the final flavor has been interesting. I'm not entirely happy with the way it's supposed to work and I'm not that far into it, but I did purchase all the hardware except for the Android phone (I have one laying around, but it's too old to use for the project). Please give source details for the innards. Thanks...
