Another heat gun bread machine roaster

Hello,

Happy New Year to you all!

This weekend I made a basic roaster from a breadmachine/heatgun. I am based in Costa Rica for some months and brought these from Europe. Added a chaff collector from my popupcorn roaster which works fine though a lot of the chaff ends up at the bottom of the bread machine.

I bought the coffee here at a local market, it's called "Café Caracolillo, miel" (honey).

Today I tasted the first cups and was very pleased with the result.

Nice, never seen such smart usage of two tin baking trays, matched in reverse position, as the cover for BM...
