Hi Folks ,
I'm new here ! I have been roasting home for maybe 4-5 years starting on behmor than migrating to a hottop 2k+ last years and than decided to sell it to go on a skywalker (being mentaly ready to modify it ) . I have bean doing maintenance on espresso and coffe machine for years and even rebuilting old lever machine from the 60's . I'm glad i found a place to learn about roasting better beans at home and also about the roaster in general Grin !

Welcome!

You could find interesting some posts in the main Skywalker thread about IR roasting specifics, is different beast than all you know before.
