Congrats to the winners and kudos to everyone else that was smart enough to get their entry in on time (not 2 weeks late like me). Ask me if I feel stupid - I was in the middle of submitting my entry when the winners were announced... like Duhhhh!

CONGRATS Y'ALL!

Ask a hundred roasters how they cool their beans and you will get about 200 or 300 answers, all valid, all useful, all fluid, and all evolving.

Congrats, everyone! This project's greatness is that there are many innovative solutlions for home roasters to chose from, so people don't have to reinvent the wheel again and again. I'm also pleased that my pick won! Grin
