I've been researching "poll research," but don't have an answer yet to the Member Poll.

That PNG is nice as espresso, too, Tom!
BoldJava 12/16/2008 6:59 AM
PNGs are great. Ironically, it is the only origin that I don't care for prepped in a vacpot. Becomes too one dimensional. B|Java

Lynn-- whatever happened to that coffee-roasting shed you were building? Did you leave it behind?
John Despres 12/15/2008 2:47 PM
I think fire freezes when the Lions win...
Kaffee Bitte 12/15/2008 1:38 PM
No Eddie, fire doesn't freeze at that temp. Actually that was just wind chill. The actual low was -10 overnight. The wind was what made it unroastable.

Welcome aboard Clay! H)
John Despres 12/15/2008 11:59 AM
It's cold here, too 18F with a wicked wind chill. I need new chemex filters but don't want to go out...
John Despres 12/15/2008 11:58 AM
I love it, Pete! I posted to the swap thread how much I like it.
ginny 12/15/2008 11:22 AM
I am going to roast for John tomorrow. Guess it means the lower level with the door WIDE open!! 22 degrees right now. brrrr, maybe I should have stayed in Scottsdale!
opus 12/15/2008 10:34 AM
How did the roast rate?
John Despres 12/15/2008 10:17 AM
ARRRGH! Got it wrong, but was at leats in the correct hemisphere. Odd, because I've had Brazil Daterra...
opus 12/15/2008 10:15 AM
Brazil Deterra, which I really enjoy!
John Despres 12/15/2008 6:26 AM
And I'm roasting for Opus this morning!
John Despres 12/15/2008 6:26 AM
Enjoying Opus's swap roast! Very nice and yummy!. Nice balance, fruit front, light chocolate finish, good mouthfeel. Costa Rica, Pete???
EddieDove 12/15/2008 4:54 AM
-30? Doesn't fire freeze at that temperature?
