Ethiopian Yirgacheffe washed, from an Ethiopian shop in Arlington, VA. Their green coffee is primarily for Ethiopians who pan roast coffee three times a day at home. They usually roast it pretty dark. Quality is hit and miss but this batch was pretty darned good (after I picked out a few Quakers)

This week, I roasted the last of the Yirgacheffe - Konga I picked up off Amazon.

The roast went well, however I recorded this odd RoR wobble at the 4 min mark of the profile.

Any idea what might cause this?
